What we do
Our practice is committed to providing you with personalised care and support to overcome mental health challenges and work towards achieving emotional well-being.
We specialise in evidenced based therapeutic approaches and provide interventions for a range of difficulties such as depression, anxiety (generalised, social, phobias, etc.), stress related to life circumstances (e.g. work, study, relationships), emotion regulation problems and other life struggles.
The services offered are trauma-informed and based on a neuro-affirming approach.

Lisa is dedicated and skilled in motivating, educating and supporting each client through challenging times. With a commitment to cultivating a sense of well-being, Lisa provides a counselling space that allows people to feel heard, relaxed and engaged.
Experience working with a diverse range of mental health issues and a broad range of age groups. Lisa specialises in helping people more effectively -manage stress, burnout, difficult emotions, anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances, trauma, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, chronic health conditions, chronic pain.
Her life experience, holistic approach and ongoing participation in professional development further supports her ability to address the multifaceted nature of client concerns and provide an appropriate pathway for therapy.
Lisa is also well-known for her warm and welcoming style, creating a safe and nurturing space for clients. Her approach is person-centred and collaborative.
Outside of her work life, Lisa enjoys engaging in activities to maintain her own well-being, such as being in nature, ocean swimming, walking, local and overseas travel, home cooking, spending time with family, friends and developing relationships within her local community.
