Founded by an experienced psychologist, Co Psychology provides a neutral space where you have the opportunity to feel heard and supported. The therapy approach is personalised and evidence-based.
Conveniently located in Sydney’s CBD near Wynyard and Martin Place stations, the practice offers a calm, welcoming counselling rooms.
What we do
We are committed to helping you work through mental health challenges and life’s unexpected stresses. Based in Sydney’s CBD, we provide evidence-based counselling and psychological intervention tailored to your individual needs. We support adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns- including depression and low mood; anxiety and panic attacks such as generalised, social, health anxiety, phobias, and OCD; trauma and PTSD; burnout and high stress related to work, study, or relationships; and difficulties with focus, productivity, or emotion regulation.
We also help clients address other personal or professional challenges that may be affecting their overall wellbeing.
Co Psychology is a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming practice & grounded in holistic principles. Together, we create a safe, collaborative space with opportunities for learning, integration and personal growth.

Lisa Grauaug is a Registered Psychologist in Private Practice

Lisa is dedicated and skilled in motivating, educating and supporting each client through challenging times. With a commitment to cultivating a sense of well-being, Lisa provides a counselling space that allows people to feel heard, relaxed and engaged. Her approach is person-centred and collaborative.
Experienced working with a diverse range of mental health issues and a broad range of age groups. Lisa specialises in helping people more effectively -manage stress, burnout, difficult emotions, anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances, trauma, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, chronic health conditions, chronic pain.
Her life experience, holistic approach and ongoing participation in personal growth and professional development further supports her ability to address the multifaceted nature of client difficulties and provide an appropriate pathway for therapy.
Outside of her work life, Lisa enjoys engaging in activities to maintain her own well-being, such as being in nature, ocean swimming, walking, local and overseas travel, home cooking, spending time with family, friends and developing relationships within her local community.
