Founded by an experienced psychologist, Co Psychology provides a neutral space where you have the opportunity to feel heard and supported. The therapy approach is personalised and evidence-based.
Conveniently located in Sydney’s CBD near Wynyard and Martin Place stations, the practice offers a calm, welcoming counselling rooms.
What we do
We are committed to working collaboratively to help you address emotional challenges and life’s unexpected stresses.
We provide therapy for a range of mental health concerns- including depression and low mood; anxiety and panic attacks, health anxiety, phobias, and OCD; grief , loss and trauma ; and high stress/ burnout related to work, study, or relationships.
Co Psychology is a trauma-informed practice & grounded in holistic principles. The focus is on creating a safe space offering understanding, healing and personal growth.

Psychologist
Lisa Grauaug is a Registered Psychologist in Private Practice
BAppSc (Nursing) BPsych (UWA) MPsych (Counselling). Medicare provider, SIRA approved, Access-plus provider.
“A highly experienced practicing psychologist with a rich professional career in the health care industry that spans over 25 years” Lisa's experience includes work in private practice for over 15 years, experience in a variety of hospital settings, including maternity and newborn services.
Lisa is dedicated and skilled in supporting clients who experience mental health concerns and or are struggling with challenging times.
Her focus and specialty is being able to offer clients Mindfulness-based techniques to help regulate the body and mind. Once this step is established, then therapy may progress to understanding individual stuck points and deeper patterns. Lisa is also known to utlise Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), a therapy that is well researched and shown to be helpful for clients who present with trauma and anxiety disorders.
Lisa's approach is colloborative and the type of therapy will depend on each client and what is agreed on.
Outside of her work life, Lisa enjoys engaging in activities to maintain her own well-being, such as being in nature, ocean swimming, walking, local and overseas travel, home cooking, spending time with family, friends and developing relationships within her local community.
